I'm so happy.
I had been offered a job with 457 sponsorship and the thought of being on a temporary visa had really been worrying me.
I contacted my future employer, told them my concerns (school fees etc) and asked if they would consider permanently sponsoring me (ENS). I have just received an email saying they have agreed!
It's a big weight off my mind

I'd thought you had PR all along and were just uncertain about taking the plunge.
Good luck with your long-awaited move

Paul, the 457 is what has been worrying me the most. I am actually looking forward to the move now, instead of dreading it

Thanks Guys!
Things seem to be falling into place. We should be exchanging contracts on our house today so another step in the right direction.
My stress levels are through the roof though. It's no coincidence that I'm moving to a wine growing region
