Happy Australia Day...

Re: Happy Australia Day...
If I feel better we are going to the Welsh society's little celebration under the bridge at Milson's Point.
Having just read that it sounds like we are all winos!
On Sunday we are going to watch DD in a flashmob at noon in front of Westfield in Pitt street.

Might got to some fireworks this evening. Could go into the city for the parade, but think it will be HEAVING.
If we remember to replace the gas bottle :rolleye: I might strike the barbie up later. Have zero inspiration on what to have for dinner
Really fancy getting a little tipsy, but if we go to the fireworks I cant cos I'll be driving

Lovely day- watched the ferry race, saw the Welsh choir perform, OH cooked a lovely steak and corn on the barbie, had a swim and had a glass or 2 of wine.

I'm going to drape myself in an Australian flag, stick stickers all over my face, drink until I spew then taunt anyone without a white face with racist slurs, all the time entertaining the T.V stations with endless verses of "Aussie, Aussie, Aussie, Oi, Oi, Oi"
I feel more Australian all ready
I feel more Australian all ready

No one drank until they spewed and there were no rascist remarks. Apart from my brother calling my husband a pommy git, which earned him a dunk in the river
I get a bit pissed off with sweeping generalisations.
