Good Suburbs In or Around Perth
Hi everyone,Can anyone tell me what suburbs are nice in or around Perth, We are looking at north of the river for a house in the price range of $240,000 & $280,000, 45mins to Perth city center (approx), 3-4 Bedrooms.

Suburbs that are 30 minutes + north of the city are, Kinross, Mindarie, Clarkson,Merriwa and Ridgewood. A bit further again is Brighton/Butler and Jindalee.
All pretty good suburbs. Clarkson is having quite a bit of money injected into it at the moment.

Greenwood, but sorry its only about 15 minutes to the city.

Certainly Merriwa and Clarkson, you will. Seen one or two in Kinross, but less than there were a couple of months ago. Banksia Grove which is north west of Joondalup also has some properties in this price range.
Have they built Jindalee yet?
