I certainly remember it. My brothers and sisters used to go 'humphreying'. People used to leave their milk on the doorstep in those days - I got caught and got a caution from the local Bobby!

Do you remember the advert for Jamaican Ginger Nuts:

I'm a Jamaican ginger grower and I am really proud to say that I grow the finest ginger in the world today, I pick and I pack and McVities come to buy it and they make in a ginger nut you really ought to try it. They pack it in a nut, Jamaican ginger nuts, you should taste it too, Jamaican ginger the world's best is waiting for you - I knows it, I grows it! (sung with a Caribbean accent) Sad I know!
