Went to Saffron yesterday - reservations made, I need to confirm numbers on Tuesday 12th May so the cut off date will be Monday 11th May. Also found a bar for drinks before and arranged for an area to be made available - they even offered a few 'nibbles'! I will announce the bar when its confirmed.
Still plenty of time for more to join in the first GC curry night.

If any of you going have got the latest Entertainment Book you can get $25 off your bill if you take your card along. Not a huge amount if there's a fair number of you but better than a kick in the teeth.

We did this once, and had a ball as quite a few won a couple of dollars here and there and it was a bit of fun. Although the newsagents didn't think so, we kept exchanging the winnings for more cards [as it was next door at the time] and people kept winning - it was like playing card bingo and being pished, it was great fun
