Or you could all take $1 out of the kitty to the value of the $25 and buy a load of scratchies - then there's a chance some of the group could win small amounts
We did this once, and had a ball as quite a few won a couple of dollars here and there and it was a bit of fun. Although the newsagents didn't think so, we kept exchanging the winnings for more cards [as it was next door at the time] and people kept winning - it was like playing card bingo and being pished, it was great fun
