Hmmm - our family was there this year. We didn't give anyone any "crap" and most of the pushy twats were older teens / early twenty-somethings and they weren't Scottish.
We just wanted the folks back in Scotland to get a glimpse of the kids to see how happy they were. Instead we were jostled around by pushy Pohms desperate to be seen as many times as possible. We almost got on camera at one point - until some young twat with an Everton banner held it up and obscured us completely - then had the cheek to push in front of my wife and baby son at the next 'take'. Needless to say, she put him firmly in his place and he skulked off while grumbling something in scouse!
I really don't understand why there were so many football banners - I don't see the relevance. And the pissed young blokes chanting "Engerland Engerland Engerland!" - why exactly are they here??!
I'm just hoping the same banners don't come out on Australia Day - but then why would they?!

That is what I do not understand, why the hell would you chant that on a Christmas show, people can tell where they are from by the 'Engerland' flags and no doubt the reliable behaviour of belching and showing off by standing on the highest rock so that everyone can see them.
I laughed at one guy standing next to me, he was Scottish (and oh so handsome
), he muttered the words 'dickhead' when he saw these guys.I bet they wear the Union Jack on their boxer shorts.

Anyway, my wife and I decided not to bother with it next year! And thanks to this thread, she's told me to tone down my accent when around any women
