Thanks GG for a very informative post,

Been getting quotes of my own for 20 ft container,

PSS £3505 for 1050cubic feet

Masons £3512 (no cubic feet mentioned)

Pickfords £4377 for 1040 cubic feet

Crown £4562 for 900 cubic feet (includes aquis charges)

Bonners have still not come up with an up to date price.

So looks like PSS are hot favourites at moment, just need to see if they are available.

Primrose, did your PSS quote include insurance?

Its just we need a 700 cubic feet, shared container for our stuff - Crown quoted 2944 pounds but by the time we add the insurance on at 3% of the value of the good we are looking at 4000 pounds +

We don't need a sole use container so had hoped it would be cheaper, but will be phoning round more shippers today to compare costs.
