Sorry, me asking questions again!

Anybody had to fumigate their rental house for fleas before moving out? I think this is in our lease (as we have cats). Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations and/or could give me an idea of how much it will cost?

We are NOR in Perth by the way.

This is pretty standard in most rentals where there has been pets.usually its just a flea treatment when they come to clean the carpets but with our last rental we had to fumigate inside & out the house! all in to get the carpets cleaned & fumigate inside & out it cost $160 (but we're in Brissy) .phone around using your local paper to get the best deal.

Before looking in the phone book, I'd ask the rental agent whether they have a firm they recommend. If you use the agent's recommended firm, then the agent can't complain later that it wasn't done properly (and take money off your bond).
