Default Freecycle

Just in case you're having problems selling stuff and thinking of dumping it, try www.freecycle.org I found out about it on Friday and have had a very busy weekend with people picking up my stuff that we're not taking with us - the only stipulations is that it'sfree, they even have them in Australia amongst other countries

Was going to start a topic on this, and then though I'd do a search first!

The Freecycle group for Perth is here:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/freecycleperth/

All kinds of things are being given away.
You can also place a "Wanted" ad every so often(I think it's 1 every 2 weeks).

It's amazing the stuff people put out for the hard rubbish collections(which get recked by the weather, and then I'm sure it all goes into landfill!), this a much better way of getting rid of things!
Or give it to charities like Good Sammys and THe Salvation Army.

Even if things are broken, still try and give them away. There's people out there who fix stuff.

Find your local freecycle group here:

Craigslist is good too if there is one in your area, and you can actually charge for stuff on there too!
