Forgot to add earlier that when I signed up for Foxtel, I told the salesperson I wanted the basic package without sport (husband back in UK for 3 months and I'm not bothered too much with sport on tv). Anyway apparently the basic package does include sport. In UK we had to pay extra to have sky sports - husband was well pleased when I told him tonight!

I think it is already installed. I've got this rectangular plate similar to te terrestrial TV plug outlet next to the terrestrial TV plug outlet. On the plate is printed Telstra.
