Just before the children's school holidays....my husband took the children to school ( due to work commitment this is very rare), that afternoon when i came in from work he was pleased as punch with himself, telling me he was the first there in fact he was that early there were no other kids about, just the teachers waiting at the gate. God how early did you get there for I asked. '9.15 AM he replied.......* spluttered my tea all over the table*....' Darling the children start school at 8.55AM and have done for the last 3 years.

My other half forgot to pick up our youngest when she was 5. It was only when he was halfway home with our 2 boys that he remembered!! After legging it back to school he found her sitting patiently in the library with her teacher. She'd already decided she was going to sleep in the bed in the first aid room and help herself to books from the library all night!!
And to you lot delighted to get your 'darlings' back to school.....my eldest (15) breaks school here on the 25th November and doesn't go back until the 23rd January!!!! :scared: HELP!

What a sweetie! So brave and independent. It's good to know that she felt safe at school - I would've been bawling my eyes out!!
