First viewing went well!
Just had our first viewing, although the house wasn't suposed to be on the market until Monday. They loved the house, said that it was the best one they'd seen and asked if we would be open to offers. We told them that it was early days and to speak to the estate agent!
A bottle of red is waiting, think I have earnt it! (I know Petra will agree, perhaps it's been a long time coming!)

I'll keep everything crossed for you
My sister had her house up for sale recently and all was quiet for about the first 3 months, then a mini flurry ending in a couple viewing in the morning, back again in the afternoon and was sold in the evening!!
Keep us posted on how the weekend goes, I have a feeling you'll be going from red wine to champers before you know it!!!

All your hard work is paying off!!! You never know....you may end up selling quicker than you think!!! :scared: And I won't deny it... i'll be insanely jealous if you do!!!

Just out of interest, what type of question is - 'are you open to offers?'...what did they think you were showing them round? A bloody National Trust property ??!!
