First viewer
After 4 weeks of our house being on the market..........we have our first viewer today at 5pm. Kids are gonna be sent to maccy D`s and advised NOT to show their faces until at least 6pm. keep ya fingers crossed for us..........

It would help if Estate agents werent so crap at their job. We were advised that 2 bedders in the area are selling within hours of going on the market. really!!!!! Then why is this our first viewing in 4 weeks and no it is not a sh*t hoe....hubby works at decorating all the show homes on new building sites so he is always doing the place up!!!!

Dont even get me started on Estate Agents, if this buyer pulls out I will not be held reasponsible for my actions upon my agent!!!

I hope it goes well for you and don't put up with any sh*t fromt he agent as they are full of it - I should know I was one for a very very short while (I just loved the idea of nosing round peoples homes and getting paid for it! )

I don't want to put a dampener on things, but our house has also been on the market for 4 weeks and our first viewer failed to turn up yesterday. The agents didn't even let us know that they had cancelled, even though the agent knew a 9am that morning.
