Thanks Sandra.

Needless to say it has been hectic here the last few weeks. We head to Adamstown for two days Friday and Saturday this week to visit with family so if I get the chance will phone you and we can meet up.

Hi Yvonne
Didn't think you still came on this. I swear to god as I'm throwing things out there bringing more stuff in. Guess who is to blame, the bloody big baby, he is worse than the kids. Had to put the decos up early for the kids but they have been warned they will be coming down straight after Christmas. Hope you have a great Christmas, will probably talk to you on the Skype before then.
See you soon

Hi Niamh
Its amazing to discover how close you are to people you have chatting to on this. Don't talk about roadworks everywhere you go is the same. How are you getting on with everything. Any idea when you will be leaving this cold miserable place.
My BIL used to live in Newcastle now lives in Athgoe, I have always thought it to be a lovely area but has changed so much in the last couple of years.

Now it really is a small world i live on athgoe hill as well Newcastle has changed so much it wont be long before its as big as lucan or clondalkin mental . not sure i like all the changes some of the houses are horrible nice if we had our own chipper though not that i really care any more
we are planning on being on a plane out of here in June (every thing is crossed for that ) as we are still waiting on our visa we haven't done the medicals yet planning on doing them in January so i might be a bit optimistic that we will have it back in time. if not then it will probably be September as the fights go up the end of june and come down in September.

nice to see so many Irish here doing the same

Hey Guys,

I'm from Cedarwood Rise - technically its Glasnevin - but sure Glasnevin/Finglas its all the one! Been living in Brisbane for the past year and a half - although i was back in Ireland in September and it made me realise that i made the right decision in heading over here! Never realised how grey Dublin was until i was back - thats not being negative or anything - just everything is a bit brighter over here in Brissy - probably to do with all the Sun! Not having to worry about drought / water restrictions and being able to have a shower without looking at the bloody timer was a bonus though - not to mention all the decent food and chocolate again. After i seen family and friends i was ready to head back to oz though!

Its funny to think that about 1 year ago you were standing in our house asking for advice on all of this and it won't be long now until your here!

Jack finishes year 1 tomorrow, he is so excited about going into year 2 next year. Taylor starts kindy in February bless her she is so excited to start, it will be great for her cause she's lost for a few friends.

Listen i'll talk to you on skype b4 xmas.

Everyone else who's waiting or already here have good one!

Yvo
