Question Final TRA question

Sorry about the questions folks but I want to get it right, as I have said before, some of the previous companies I worked for have now folded, but I have found a letter of reference from a few years ago from one of thes companies how up to date do they need to be to send to the TRA?

Hi Dicko
we have just passe our TRA assessment, hubby is a plasterer. alot of his previous employers are no longer in existance, if you just do a signed statuory declaration and then get a solicitor etc to witness it with a bit in about the company no longer trading then you should be fine, are you using an agent? send me a pm if you like and i'll be able to help some more if needed
with the best of luck
