Hi,
I had a free assessment and was told that I passed the requirements for a skilled visa. I have researched the various literature and think I have a fair understanding of the process.
However, I have been engaged to my Fiancee for 6 months and wouldn't dream of emigrating without her. Unfortunately my Fiancee doesn't have the relevant skills to apply for a skilled visa, so how could we tackle this? I read that you need to provide 'evidence' of your relationship, but apart from photographs, etc we don't have anything!
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Craigie,
The kind of evidence required are in the form of statutary declarations confirming that you have been in a relationship for more than 2 years. This can be from family and i believe you require 2.The declarations MUST be set out in an "approved"format, and for this i recommend you get in touch with a good migration agent (we used 4 corners in manchester)as this can really be make or break.
If i can help with anything else let me know.
Neil
