Thanks guys - some really useful info _ will get stuck into the websites later - must admit did not realise there were so many fees - I guess it is because we are used to the UK system - but there are some similarities. Was looking at houses & working out what we can afford but it was difficult when you don't know the fees involved..

OOPS! Sorry, I did know it was Dollars - I am just so used to putting a £ sign in front of everything. - Pity it isn't £7,000.
