Thanks for your kind words, but our buyers decided to pull out on Monday after putting in an offer 7 months ago!!

Apparently the drains were still an issue, but we think it went a bit deeper than that.

Oh well, the house is back on the market a year after going on. Good job we did not book any one way flights and shippers!!!

We are still being pro-active and getting rid of the junk etc.. other wise we would be wanting to shove the for sale sign somewhere!!!!!!

Coming out to Perth in November to get our visa validated, so looking forward to a holiday and some sun.
