I have also been trying for days to get through to the FAO with no luck. Oh, I did manage to get through once only to be told "Sorry, I cant help you as all our computers have gone down and I cant access the tools I need for your request. Can you please call back later today?"!!........AAArrrgggg
Anyway, I needed to change my bank account details and luckily I was able to do this when I registered for online services on their website. This is DEFINATELY the way to go people! When I first tried I had 3 goes at trying to answer my 'secret questions and answers", which I had put in years ago!!..., and was promptly shut out of the service for 12 hours as a security measure, so be careful!! But the more you can do online yourself the better it will be. Cheers
