expired endorsments on driving licence
does it matter in oz, if i have expired endoresments on my licence for speeding in this country ??
i resent paying 19 pound to have them removed when i have been penalised for speeding already i.e points + fine + higher insurance, and the fact that we will emirgrate june this year,
