Are estate agents sensitive?
When I got back home and flicked on the TV there was a report (coming from Queensland I think) on the fact that some real estate agents were found to be scanning the 'Death Notices' in local newspapers and then contacting the bereaved family try and get a property listing off them.
Some old fella described how he was distraught after the death of his wife only for real estate agents to start cold calling him.
In my opinion what made it worse was that, when approached, one agent admitted it went on, and even had the cheek to say, 'some people are just a little bit too sensitive' [about death].

The problem is that this has been going on for years, I remember it from ages back.
Its just this is the first time that they have proven that they are taught to target the dead relatives at TAFE colleges.
