We visited Oz last June for a holiday for 2 weeks and just took our passports
into a flight centre and they done it there and then by computer, I also
think you can do it on the net. I think this is what you are talking about.

Hope this is of some help.

Tracey.

Hiya Jesta,
you can do it on line , which is what the travel agentrs do.

We did it for our daughter when we wen't to validate.

It caused no end of trouble though because quantis in Frankfurt couldn't find it and held us up while everyone else boarded. Then we had the same at singapore

Welll we won't be flying with Quantas again BA didn't have a problem.

Bye
Mark

You can get an ETA online - http://www.eta.immi.gov.au
It takes minutes rather than weeks.

Why did you need to get your daughter an ETA in the first place?

Get the ETA before you book the flight. Usually it works quickly but occasionally it requires referral to the Australian High Commission, so don't leave it to the last minute.
