If you train the AusSoap actors in your acting methods then I think a pardon on the snorkle and lead boots would be considered.

Ta, could be a good suggestion! Not watched these Cosmic Operas but perhaps Foreign Affairs might have some poor souls on the payroll looking at these things. Will pass the idea on.

The question begs what Aussies are playing at being an Aussie?

Look at the Canadian or US sites, I doubt many would get in there without degrees or dollars. Canada seems to require a degree to even bother filling out the form. Business class requires you to tie up $400,000 for 5 years on top of enough for house/ business as well. Australia seems very easy to qualify for. I was surprised the rumour amongst the aussies is that its hard as hell to get into here but its just not so.

WA's doctor shortage is set to worsen with 10 per cent of doctors predicted to walk away from medicine before July 1 because of the medical indemnity insurance crisis.
The Australian Medical Association said yesterday doctors over 55 may choose to retire early rather than pay more for insurance to keep practising.

Interesting - we swap brickies for brain surgeons on an almost one for one swap. Great deal for the UK, long live these excellent screening requirements I say!
