Try changing the privacy setting in internet explorer from the tools bar at the top of your screen and go via internet options. Otherwise, click the help icon at the top of the page and search for cookies - it will run you through changing your settings to allow cookies.

Hi, try this:

On your web browser or your Home page (Google or whatever) go to the top of the page and select this......

Tools/Internet Options/click on the Privacy tab or page/then set the 'Cookies' sliding bar to 'Accept all Cookies'

Try this and see what happens with regards to your original snag, has it fixed it?

Is your e-mail account a Web based e-mail account or something like Outlook Express, the former I feel.
