EMail from case officer - WE GOT IT!!!!!
Sent an e-mail to our case officer last night to enquire if the last couple of documents had reached her and she replied this morning to say that our visas had been granted on 13th April and a letter is on it's way.
Needless to say we are over the bloody moon, jumping for joy and all that stuff (Earlswood has had a bit of a cry).
Thanks for everyone that's given advice and support over the last 8 months.
I would also give a big thanks to our agent George Lombard (money well spent)
Gonna get pissed this weekend

Thanks for all the congrats so far folks
Plumber, have you heard anything yet - yours must be soon!!
Definately loads to celebrate when we meet up on the 1st.
ABCDiamond, we are looking at the Redcliffe peninsula area because we want to be by the coast.
Scrawni, we would like to be on the plane in September (house sale permitting )
Mummy, yes you are right (all the excitement made me go to pieces )

We live at Redcliffe, and although we have only been here for 3 months we are happy with our choice of location.
Redcliffe as I am sure you are aware is made up of several suburbs Clontarf, Woody Point, Margate, Scarborough, Kippa Ring, Rothwell and Redcliffe itself.
Should you require any info just let us know.
