Does anyone remeber any drinks from the 70/80s era, friend of mine having a 70s nite and was wondering what everyone drank in those days............????????????alcholic that is..thanx jan hutchinson.........

me and my mate used to drink barley wine - it tasted f**king horrible but we got rat arsed!!!!

a more sophisticated drink was Martini!! we thought we were the bees knees!!!

my husband still drinks snake bite - a lot of pubs wont serve it any more!!

not forgetting Thunderbird!!

Yes Thunderbird!!!

It was a fortified peach flavoured wine. It tasted really nice, and went down really well, and my Student Union used to serve it in half pints for 1 pound. So basically you'd be legless for five pounds.

Actually, if your having a party, don't serve that

Those are all from my 80's drinking days!!
