The weekend of 3rd and 4th sounds good to us and Poole area is fine.
Not very up on that area so sorry can't recommend any good places to meet but there must be one somewhere.

We live in West Dorset so not really familiar with Poole but I thought it might be a central meeting point.
Would people prefer Saturday or Sunday, afternoon or evening?

all i live in Dorset (Poole) count me and the oH and kids weekends sounds good to me just name a place and time and i will make sure i am not on call that day How many are bringing children and i will see if i can find a place

How about this place has something for the kids(adults)they can go skiing,toboggan or ringos ,also has a alpine bar for the adults
