We've been here for three and a bit months, the house is great: 3 beds, 2 baths, fab location, walking distance to shops/supermarket/restaurants and a pub (a rarity in Perth!), close to Freo and beaches, quiet location but good driving access to Freeway, city about 20/25 mins in non-peak hour. We were originally going to buy in this suburb but are now going to do a new build and we want to rent where we are going to build so the kids can get settled into childcare, friends etc.

Anyway, we can get out of the lease if someone else rents the house. It was ideal for us when we first arrived as it comes complete with everything: TV, cultery, crockery, pots, pans, towels, beds, CD Player, sofas etc although we bought a lot of our own stuff when we moved in as we had sold most stuff when we left the UK. I know that fully furnished doesn't come up that often so I thought I'd post it on here beofre it gets advertised.

we'd like to move out in September, if anyone wants to PM/email me, then I can send the link to the house which is advertised online. We also had no problems renting this place even though we didn't have jobs etc, so I think it's a good prospect for recent arrivals!
