Hi,
Im trying to find out if Cloverdale in Perth is considered a good area to buy a property,as the houses seem quite reasonable in price and size.

Maybe there are some expats living there who could let me know
what the place is really like.

Im hopefully going to be in Perth in November so i can look around
and check it out for myself.

any info will be appreciated
