We've gone with ATLANTIS OVERSEAS REMOVALS based in B'ham & Leeds. Seem to be good so far our stuff arrives 20th Oct. Good quote £3400 for 20ft container door to door. we had insurance from Letton Percival @ 1.53%.

Try www.eaglegroup-online.com. Certainly are one of the least expensive and have had quite good reviews. They havent got all the glossy brochures but seem to get the job done at a very reasonable price. They beat all six of my other qoutes quite considerably.
PSS seem to have a terrible reputation on here of late
Do a search on shipping agents and it will bring up quite a few threads on recommendations. Good luck.

Hi there.
I can't say with any confidence whether these guys are ok as we haven't used them yet, but they certainly quote significantly less than others.
They are not a removal company so they haven't got that profit in mind. They are just a container shipping company.
They quoted me £1650 from UK to Adelaide, fora 20foot container.
The real bonus for me is that they only take 33 days to get your stuff there instead of 8-10 weeks!!!!!
My friend is on her way to NSW in november and has booked them so i will let you know how she gets on with them.
MILLENIUM CARGO 0121 311 0550(based in wednesbury, west mids.)
Hope this helps.Wish we were that far down the line

We only shipped out 250 cubic feet for £1700 or there abouts. There where a couple slighly cheaper, but found these people seemed positive, and proffesional. They will come round, measure everything up, and give you a free quotation. Haven't actually got to 'the other side' yet, but so far so good weel, fingers crossed anyway! :scared:
Eagle are doing ours for £2000 450 cubic feet (and thats picking up and dropping off to two different address')
You will always pay extra for quarantine on the other side which they cannot quote for as they do not know how much it will cost.
