Official weigh in tonite - 1lb gain. When I unofficially weighed myself yesterday I'd gained 4lbs so the adios tablets I started taking today must be working so here's to a good weight loss next week !

Have also kept up the daily exercise so far but then it has only been 3 days

1lb is not much you should start noticing a difference with the adios.
good luck

I'm sad and hide them from the kids. I then sneak all the foam backed ones and pass them the jelly ones from the star mix. As for the kiddies super mix - well I stuff all of them I then have jaw ache for the rest of the day

Hi there everybody

Better late than never, here is my first official weigh-in from Friday.......

Fri 12th May - 10 stone 8 lbs

However have not been well since Friday and have done no exercise and haven't even eaten properly so don't expect miracles this week. Hopefully next week I shall see some loss.

When I left UK in January I was weighing about 10 stone 4 lbs so have gained a few pounds but that has included my mum and hubbie coming over on separate occasions, meaning drinking most nights and eating what we fancy. So not surprised in the extra few pounds. Will get back into the power walking as soon as I can, I really enjoyed doing that on the 3 occasions that I actually did it!

Have a good day
Theresa

the diet trim I'm taking are most definitely making me windy, i think i might have to review them when i have finished the packet.

I'm feeling tired this week, I'm due on though so that's likely to be why.

I've been shopping today to find something to wear to my friend's hen night at the weekend, but I seem to have gone up a size in clothes! And couldn't find anything to fit, at this rate I'm not gonna fit into the plane seat!!!!! :scared:

Adios are great so far - no wind no headaches and I seem have bags more energy. I did some squats and lunges yesterday whilst my bath was running now I can't walk !! Am due to go for a run with a m8 tonight too

I just managed a workout at the gym i just feel completely drained , not time of the month , in fact no reason i could think of.
if this continues i might see the nurse for a blood check.
i have tried really hard to stick to the diet so i hope i notice a difference when i get weighed on Monday.

Last time I was like that I had glandular fever so get yourself checked out. I didn't manage the run - it poured with rain - so had a curry instead !
