This thread's still tickling me. Made me remember some other funny moments. Anyone remember that time where they've got the old infra-red camera on and there's this bang and Yvette screams and says "Something just moved across the floor - did you see it?" So they find this bolt or something on the floor and they're all 'ooohing' and 'aaahing' and then one of the film crew goes "Ermmm ... actually... I just kicked that there.... sorry."

Oh yea - and that Most Haunted Live where they were doing their usual thorough (meaning one camera) investigation into witches and Derek goes "Scuttle your legs .... see your breasts ... see your breasts ...." and I think Yvette goes "Oh, come on then" whilst hubby Karl inches forward in case loopy-Derek tries a bit of possessed hanky-panky on his missus. Terrific. Worth a Sky subscription on its own.

Yes that's right I read about this in his book.Interesting stuff From hat I gather he was happy in Oz but his first wife did not settle.

I used to watch it in the UK, don't know if anyone has mentioned yet but can anyone remember when they were doing some seance in Devon somewhere, apparently there were once evil witches that lived in the village many moons ago...PMSL..
All the camera men and producers were dropping like flies...even vetty took a wobbly...
Classic tv...

Does anyone know if in OZ there is an equivalent of Pyschic Derek Acorah.
I am really addicted to the tv series Most haunted and I am going to see him in Notts soon (sad I know) but I have my reasons!!!
I need to know if there is anyone as good as him in Australia and do they have a similar following.?
I will really miss it when I go to Oz maybe they will repeat it on Cable.

Derek acorah is ace. Most haunted has gone a bit samey though. It needs a full frontal floating aparition in glorious technicolour. Or a message from Elvis.

Honestly Mr Bix - you are awful

My sister who is a medium/healer went to one of DA's shows and thought he was very genuine - and a 'lovely' bloke.

I too used to enjoy Most Haunted but after a while just fell about laughing!!Keeping an open mind is one thing but come on folks - its got to be a set up especially the Annette Fielding bits - she is just crap at pretending!!! Must admit it did used to 'spook' me at times especially the one where they went to some old underground tunnels which were used as homes by the very poor a few centuries ago - disturbing viewing :scared:

Well, well Trish, so thats why we communicate so well - I've also had many unexplained experiences in my life - although Bix thinks its all a load of bleep!
I've had to keep an 'open mind' because or else I would think I was going CRAZY!!! Frightening stuff We'll have to have a chat about it eh! Not long now before you fly out - exciting innit!!!

Spice it up - is that what you call it Lets be honest - waiting for Mr Ghosty to make an appearance would be really boring if they didn't - they are usually too shy to show themselves in front of a load of bleepers

Have a good weekend m8! No Spooks!!!!
