Default defacto update

Hi
Just thought I would update you on process of my application as
I had some helpful posts from some of you when I recieved
a letter from dima requesting more evidence of us living together.
I tried to contact my case officer as to what evidence they wanted
but calls and emails were unanswered so I just sent in the
extra bits and pieces I could find ...cards gym membership ect.
I recieved a call from the case officer last Friday saying that she
has recieved my emails and messages but doesnt normally reply
to questions like this. However she said that she was quite satisfied that i was in a genuine r/ship (huge relief) and that all
she wanted was a letter sent directly from my landlord saying we
had lived together(i had previosly sent in copies of tenancy)

If they had specified this on the original letter they sent me it would of saved so much worrying and panic ..over two weeks have gone by with me having to guess what they wanted of me!!!

Anyway they have got the info they need now heres hoping the
next posting will be an Ive got it one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was that all? A letter from current landlord? I've sent in my tenency agreement, hope I don't have the same hassles just for one little bit of evidence. Would be nice if they were more specific with what additional info they needed.

Looks like you've one foot in the door mate. Here's hoping you get the visa in the next few days!

Was it a joint tenancy agreement? Sounds like a visa is on its way to you.
