I would like to know best way of flying to darwin from middleeast.

Is fron Singapore or Sydney.

I'd go via Singapore myself - otherwise its more than 6 extra hours of flying.
The less transfers the better in my view.

Jetstar fly daily from Singapore.

I agree with Nige (njk435). Best to fly to Singapore then to here - Darwin. As he says you'll fly over Darwin to Sydney (5 hours south) then have to fly back up!
