Thanks for the advice - that is what i'm paying for I presume? A full un-pack?

Cause i'm not paying for cartons to be uplifted another day - they can unpack every box - I will help with that too to make it quicker then they can take all the boxes and materials away with them.

Frankly, no amount of 'the suits' in their organisation (ie the two Directors who occasionally post on BE) making sympathetic noises so they can investigate, long after the event, helps. I have already complained once, only to be dragged into their UK intra-company politics.

My message to Crown: GET IT RIGHT FIRST TIME, OR FIX ANY PROBLEMS AS SOON AS THEY OCCUR!

Hardly rocket science, is it?

We used Crown in 2003 to move from NE of UK to NZ. Used the Leeds Branch in UK and Tauranga branch here. The service was excellent, constant updates from Leeds/Tauranaga etc. The packers were incredible to watch, the skill at which they securely wrapped items was amazing.

No problems what so ever, a total professional service from both sides of the world.

More expensive, but we got exactally what we wanted.
