Default Crispy Aromatic Duck

I didnt want to hijack the Duck in Pool thread, so i started a new thread.

Someone in the Duck thread mentioned Crispy Aromatic Duck and my mouth now wont stop watering... Only problem I have not found anywhere here in the Northern 'burbs of Perth which does it. Perhaps I haven't looked hard enough, but does anyone know of anywhere which does this fantastic food!!

But do you have the dog to catch the duck. And how crispy will it be if the dog gives it a heart attack whilst in the pool. Maybe Darkless should come and catch them for you and in return you cook the ducks.

I remember now - there is a good chinese place in Cottesloe. You see it from Stirling Highway opposite Cottesloe Central. I think its called the Jade Palace Maybe its a bit too far for you- but if you're desperate.

Its the Jade Court Chinese Restaurant, definitely the nicest Chinese ive had in Perth, its fairly expensive though, but if you get it as a take away the portions are generally big enough to get two meals out of.

There are lots of chinese restaurant in and around Northbridge, most are on Francis street I think, I cant remember the name of it but we tried one a fewe weeks back that was on Lake street, opposite the Elephant & Wheelbarrow pub, it was pretty good, a couple of us had a sort of Duck Banquet thing, where you get 5 or 6 different duck courses

I think there's a chinese restaurant on west coast drive around the Trigg/Sorrento area, it looks straight out over the ocean, so even if the foods crap you can enjoy the view

I agree nice chinese, very similar to a typical chinese restaurant found in England, we stopped there on our visit to Perth in March and apart from tasty food thought it had good service and a varied wine list.
The duck they sell there though is duck in pancakes, not crispy aromatic so when we ordered expecting crispy shredded duck it came out as moist shredded duck. It was still very good just not "crispy". I personally didn't find it expensive at all, but maybe because I am used to the UK's inflated prices!
