Hi all,

On the checklist there's a bit that says to get Credit References. For those who have done this, what did you get and where did you get it from???

Sorry, haven't got a clue.

Thanks in advance!

Don't bother. Its a completely waste of your time. They mean nothing here whatsoever.

Nobody is interested in your credit history in the UK and used to dealing with migrants. Its all about your ability to pay here now that you have moved. Your credit rating effectively starts from nothing again.

What Centurion said Total waste of time, your UK rating means nothing here and they won't even look at it if you show it to them.

However it's quick and easy to get a prefect rating just get your bank accounts, credit cards, mobile phone contract, utility agreements, etc and wham you've got a credit rating.
