That's almost sane! But how do you find living in Marrackville?

Sydney is sooo overpriced for rentals by the look of most posts here.

$600 - 2 bed terrace in Paddington.

Rental prices may seem higher than other areas of Oz but I bet if you work it out as a % of your income you probably pay a similiar % as persons do in Brisbane, Melbourne etc.

We're paying $495 per week for a 3bed ground floor unit in Cremorne. Had to go for ground floor as got a toddler and didn't really fancy seeing her pitch over the balcony lol

It's got internal laundry, double-length lock-up garage and a storage room too.

Nice location, about 15mins to the city on bus or ferry, and close to shops etc
