Depends on a lot of factors including the amout of work such as concreting and tiles around the pool area, fencing, depth, finish. A nice pool will set you back probably $35k including solar heating and the whole thing. Of course the sky is the limit and you could do it for $10k less if you wanted to without heating and so on.

We've just had a 8m x 4m inground pool installed including waterfall feature, and it cost $20,700. This does not include fencing or paving, etc.

Our 9.2m x 4.4m was $17,000 for pool and installation. With fencing, solar heating, paving etc it has cost just under $40,000 in total.
