Default Copies of medical records

Moving to Perth in 4 weeks time - just wondered whether we needed to get copies of our medical records to take with us for either Medicare or private health insurance companies.

Thanks

We didn't bring any medical records, just a copy of the kids immunisations that they have had just in case that was needed. Asked for this from the doctor and they just printed me it out.

Unless you are having any ongoing treatment or maybe a major operation in the last ten years, no need to take any out with you. Same goes for dental records.

hope this helps

good luck
