can anyone suggest why all of a sudden I cannot view the quotes on HIFX. I have not knowingly changed any settings on my computer. The page comes up but the table or rates is not there. Have tried to go on Transferz for a quote but the quick quote on the right of the homepage also doesnt load?
Have tried system restore to a time when I could view it. no change.
cheers Andy

Have you performed any windows updates recently???
Have you installed any software or had anything happen since the last time you were able to view the page???
It could well be that the JVM (Java Virtual Machine) within your OS has become corrupted. Could be worth trying to reinstall the JVM
http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_automatic.jsp
will check your current config and see if it needs installing.
Do you have a software firewall that has recently been updated (Norton's Live Update) or something like that. It could well be that if it has it has created a different rule for that particular site.
Have you been to a site that may have changed your security settings. Unfortunately some malicious sites have been coded to change your default home page automatically and some are able to run scripts to change other settings if your system isn't fully patched.
Just a few pointers to see.

Only a really nice bloke......gutted.
Bloody nice bloke would have been soooooo much better (especially if in a Harry Enfield sort of way).
