Citizenship interview 18th October

They asked for
Photo's certified copies of passports, birth certificates and driving licenses, they also said we have to get in touch with the Australian registrar of births, deaths and marriages to get another wedding certificate because are British one isn't any good.
Nothing about any of this on their site on the checklist it just says certified photos and bring in the other stuff

I thought it said you needed to bring in certified copies of all those things...we did

We have our citizenship interview booked for this coming Monday and i just wanted to ask whether it is a face-to-face verbal interview or the multiple choice questions i have read about recently?
I would phone and ask but i have called twice and both times i was in a queue for 30 minutes.
