We had the choice of a Wattle, this Grevillia thing and one other. Got stacks of Wattles and I recognised the other one as being in the garden so went with this Grevillia (sp) cos we've not got one as far as I know

Hey Baz, Just phone up the Immigration dept and book in for your test, they will send you a book to look through. Take all your ID along to the test then once you have passed that, you can apply to be a citizen. We've just done all that so are waiting for the ceremony.

Think yourselves lucky that you got something. We got hee haw (& that's not a botanical name of a plant) when I was naturalised or neutered or whatever they did to me The Kangaroo Paw is the WA emblem maybe thats why you got that one, is it something to do with each states emblem flower?
