Christmas Traditions
So what traditions do we have in the UK that never made it to OZ? Christmas Trees, Panto's, Chundering in a hedge - are they normal?
Plus, what Ozzie ones have never made it here? Having a swim on the beach?
Paul.

Re: Christmas Traditions
Growing up, we didnt have the "stocking".....we had the Christmas pillow case.....
Mum decorated them with her hobbytex pens and on Christmas Eve we would put them on the end of our bed and in the morning they were full of little gifts and sweets and things.
Thank gawd Hobbytex went out of fashion, is all I can say.....

Re: Christmas Traditions
Changing the topic a touch, did you know Australia used to 'celebrate' Guy Fawkes night as they still do in UK?
