Hi can anyone tell me if i can still claim child benefit for my 12year old daughter while on my student visa in Australia as it will only be a temporary visa for two years.

I would be interested to hear the answer to this too, although I would have thought as we won't be living in the UK that we can't claim it.

I think if you plan to be out of the country for 12 months you can not claim it....
