Default Cheap Deal- Flight with the Commonwealth

Just got out stuff through to open our Commonwealth Bank Account today and they have an offer at the moment for migrants (one way)- 300 quid on Quantas.

Cant imagine this post will cause too much controversy- hope it may even be of some help-

I'm not bitter

Grub

PS- They also do cheap flight to other parts of Oz and NZ too!

Hi

When I phoned up Quantas it was actually dearer as it depends on the time of year.

I have booked Our tickets through travelbag and for a family of 5, inc 2 adults and 3 children (12 year old pays full price!) it was a total of £1,476.00 on special offer to fly to Perth with Malaysian airlines., must be booked before the end of Jan. Singapore airlines on the same day was approx £400 more!
Thought it was a pretty good price and If you send proof of your visa via fax or post to travelbag you get double luggage allowance.

Love Sharon xx

Grub- As soon as you get them visas let me know, Set up a time and place to go and get P***** in Perth...

Sharon,
When are you flying? £1456. sounds like a great price, is it inc taxes or are they on top?
I have looked into the prices and the cheapest to get to Brisbane at any time of the year 1 way was £2100. 3 adults 2 children. Maybe I am looking on the wrong sites, I will look at Travelbag.

Commonwealth Bank have a special migrant banking service:
Senator House
85 Queen Victoria St
London EC4V 4HA
tel 020 7710 3990

ring them & they will send you an info pack, application form etc

we've not opened an account yet, but I think you can open one without depositing any money initially

Hi Tina

We fly on the 18th Feb to Perth. The price is total including taxes.
Malaysian airlines have a special offer on. You can get the fares on their website at www.travelbag.co.uk. Also try ebookers they have some good prices also.
