Question Changing plugs over on electrical items

To those of you that are already there, can you swap english plugs for aussie ones? English plugs are fused, Aussie plugs aren't..so I'm told..any ideas?

yeh, u just buy one and change it over, it takes about 2 mins

However, it MAY be illegal to do that, depending on which State you are in.

There was a thread about that recently, and some interesting results came up.

Not sure which thread it was now
