Change of email address

Change of email address
Hello folks,
I have to change ISPs and this will be in just one week !! so I will have a new email address and the old one will be lost,
Do DIMMI bother with email, or should I contact them to tell them the new email address?
I got my letter saying they got the ap in May this year, but nothing since, so I have no case officer email address yet. Any ideas on who to inform of the change of address?
