I also believe that pharmacists are often JPs so could be worth asking!

I've also found that most branches of our bank (westpac) have a JP in them.

Libraries usually have a JP service once or twice a week, and like previously mentioned they can't charge you. A lot of bank Managers are also JP's

I have used the JP service in our shopping centres, free and easy. just google your area.

There are so many retired JPs in Hornsby Shire (Upper North Shore of Sydney) that they seem to have at least one available all day long at the library. They are all really nice and helpful people and they love a chat.

Or do what i did... go into a room that was quite busy and say 'Anyone a JP?' 3 put their hands up, all sorted in seconds.
